Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA)
CalOffers sells motivated-seller leads — which contain personal information — to real estate investors.
If you are a California resident, you can tell us to stop selling or sharing your personal information,
and you can ask us to delete it.
Submit a request
Send an email to privacy@caloffers.com with:
- Subject line: Do Not Sell / Delete My Information
- The phone number and/or email address you gave us
- The property address, if you contacted us about selling a property
- Which right you are exercising: opt out of sale/sharing, deletion, correction, or access

What happens next
- We match the details you provide against our records to verify the request. We do not require you to
create an account.
- Opt-out requests are honored as soon as practicable and in any case within 15 business days.
- Access, deletion and correction requests are answered within 45 days (we may extend once
by a further 45 days and will tell you if we do).
- We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Control browser signal as a valid opt-out request for the browser that sends it.
Authorized agents
An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf. We will ask for written proof of authorization and
may ask you to confirm the request directly.
Important limits
If an investor already purchased your information before your request, we can stop further sale and
delete our copy, but we cannot retrieve data already delivered to that buyer. Our buyers are contractually
required to comply with applicable privacy and telemarketing laws, including honoring your do-not-call and
