Why prices vary
A preforeclosure in Santa Clara County and a tired landlord lead in Kern County are not the same product. Price tracks county values, how urgent the motivation is, and whether you are the only buyer receiving it. Every card shows the number before you commit, and the old price is struck through when a lead has been discounted.
